Advanced Listserv - Lists Summary
Summaries are interesting insights into the global
use of the Listserv lists. You can ask for summaries of the number
of lists at a given site with the lists command:
lists summary
List membership summary for selected servers known to
LISTSERV@LISTSERV.NODAK.EDU on 20 Jun 1998 07:15:21

If you prefer sending all of your list commands
to the same server, you can specify which server you want the summary
for:
lists summary <servername>
The following command lists a summary for all Listserv lists:
lists summary all
List membership summary for all servers known to
LISTSERV@LISTSERV.NODAK.EDU on 20 Jun 1998 11:28:26

The lists summary all command is one way to find out the names of
all of the hosts connected to the Listserv system. You can then query
each host individually with the List and other commands to find information
on the lists supported on each server.
The following command returns the total number of lists and members using the
Listserv system around the world:
lists summary total
