NEWSGROUP TITLE: Erotic pictures of young women.

CHARTER:

This newsgroup is moderated with moderationm  bot STUMP. The purpose of
moderation is to ensure that the newsgroup is free of non-picture spam,
off-topic pictures, as well as kiddy porn.

As much work as possible will be delegated to the computer program
as opposed to human reviewers. That means that we may utilize lists of of
preapproved posters and/or habitual abusers, and use advanced filtering
techniques to filter out spam. We may also post regularly a "posting
password" that would be required to be present in messages to be approved.

Moderation will ensure that:

1) All articles (except administrative messages) contain pictures
2) All pictures posted contain an erotic picture of one or more women
3) Encoding of pictures is done in a generally recognized format. As
the internet technology matures, more formats will appear, but presently
only JPEG, GIF, and MPEG formats will be accepted. Only MIME encoding and
uuencode encoding is acceptable at present, however the particulars may
change with the evolution of the Internet.
4) No crossposting is allowed
5) The newsgroup is usable for its target audience

At present, we plan to forbid pictures spanned over multiple messages,
because in our opinion they are orthogonal to the modern news systems.

Considerations of bandwidth permitting, rejected messages will be
returned with explanations., and acknowledgments will be sent out 

No attempt will be made to verify posters' identity. However, if you 
supply an invalid address, do not expect to receive acknowledgments and
rejections.

Moderators may add clearly delineated headers and footers to messages.

An attempt will be made to detect and reject duplicate pictures.

By reading of and posting to the newsgroup, you agree to indemnify and
hold moderators harmless of any liability resulting from their approval
or rejection of articles. You also agree not to post pictures of minors,
defined as pictures of any human being under 18, or the age of consent 
in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Moderators will also make some attempt to maintain a certain level
of civility in the newsgroup, such as by trying to prevent forgeries of
poster addresses (by substituting another person's valid email address
for your own), etc.

Qualification for future moderators: must be someone with Web access, who
knows how to use Netscape, MS Internet Explorer, or some other graphical
browser.  A moderators must state that he or she is over 18.
